My Sixpence Double Coin Necklace
I have always been a magpie when it comes to beautiful pieces of jewellery. Ever since I was a little girl I have been drawn to jewellery that sparkles and shines, eye catching pieces designed to delight with their beauty, but also to be loved and worn, rather than just sitting in jewellery boxes gathering dust. I think my love of beautiful jewellery came from my grandmother. She was a glamorous lady, and her special passion was also reserved for jewellery. Many of her favourite pieces were made up of coins. This included a stunning coin charm bracelet that seemed to jangle with every movement, and a lovely gold sovereign…

Boho Dressing with Esprit
One of my favourite brands this summer has been Esprit. I have added quite a few pieces from the brand to my Summer Wardrobe, just loving the quality of the clothes and the fact that they offer something that is a little different from the majority of High Street stores. At some point it must have slipped onto the floor and I didn’t notice until it was much to late. Despite retracing my steps,…

Having a fashion moment – Margot Robbie
There are a few style icons who I think rarely put a fashion foot wrong. Alexa Chung is one, the two Kate’s, Moss and Middleton, are two others, and I would also add Jessica Alba, Harley Veira Newton and Laura Bailey to my list. And now I think there is another lady who seems to always look stylish and fabulous, although I’m guessing being a tall, leggy and totally gorgeous blonde helps. I’m talking about Margot Robbie, the Australian actress who started in Neighbours and then progressed to a starmaking turn in ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’. More recently she has been wowing audiences as Jane in the latest Tarzan…

The Elite Fashion Show – A very special night.
Sunday saw the 2nd Elite Fashion Show, the charity fashion event organised by the incredible Mr Birmingham, Joshua Williams. The event, which took place at the beautiful Burlington Hotel, combined up and coming designers and local brands, with music and dance, and a truly unforgettable, life affirming catwalk from young people living with the effects of mental illness. It was a very special, unforgettable evening that I was lucky enough to be part of. The show got off to a great start with international dancer Shelley Anderson and Co setting the room alight with their routine, and then the presenters, Rachael Barker and Sophie Lydia Smith started their introductions, which…
