As regular readers of this blog know, I am a huge fan of Charity Shops. I love the fact that you can find a bargain, sometimes brand new with tags, sometimes a vintage treasure, and that you can pick it up for very little money. Jaeger A/W Press Day – Raiding the Archives
When a company is celebrating 130 years in business, it is a fair bet to say that their archives would be rich in quality and style, and totally ripe for modern re-invention. That is the story that was on display at the Jaeger A/W press day that took place last month in a rather lovely part of London. Jaeger had decided to look ‘back to the future’ for its latest collections, finding key pieces from the past, and then tweaking the designs for 21st century sensibilities.
