December was lovely. December was fun. It combined lots of opportunities for going out, to theatres, shows, for a long weekend in Blackpool for Joe’s ninth birthday, but it also had to be juggled against horrendous flu, which made me feel miserable throughout the fun. I have a new style crush. On Tuesday Prince Harry delighted the nation when it was announced that he had finally popped the question to the divine American actress Meghan Markle. Meghan, the star of the hit series ‘Suits’ is a princess for the 21st century, mixed race, a feminist, sassy and independent, and the fact that they seem so well suited and totally in love is a really lovely story in our increasingly miserable times. Autumn #WIWT Post
OK – My bad. I usually do an outfit of the day post at the end of the month, but I totally forgot in September, and then got caught up in Christmas at the end of October. So today I bring an abridged version of #WIWT for the Autumn months so far, with a promise that November will have a proper post. Children’s Fashion Focus – River Island
There comes a time in every parent’s life when you realise that your child is growing up, like truly growing up. This is happening to me at the moment with my (not so little) boy.
