Duchess Kate glitters on a night out
I remember it well. The first night out I had after having Joe. The sheer exhilaration of putting something sparkly on, digging out the high heels and waving goodnight to the baby puke and nappies filled with plop, even if it was only for one night. So I can fully understand why the Duchess of Cambridge went for full-on sparkle for her first evening occasion after the birth of Prince George. She looked absolutely amazing in a sensational Jenny Packham gown that shimmered from head to toe, and was teamed with equally glitzy Jimmy Choo heels. Jenny Packham seems to becoming Kate’s Catherine Walker, her designer of choice for evening…

William and Kate welcome baby George to the World
After all the speculation and tantalising slips of the tongue indicating that Baby Cambridge was going to be a girl, Kate and William have now welcomed a beautiful little Prince by the name of George Alexander Louis to the world. And it seems the world is already besotted with the gorgeous little bundle. Kate looked amazing, choosing to wear a cornflower blue and white dotted crepe de chine dress by Jenny Packham. The trusty Pied A Terre wedges made…

Gorgeous Looks from the Evening Standard Awards
The Evening Standard awards are, in general, a far more low-key affair in British film than the Baftas, which are due to take place this sunday, but they still throw up some good looks, and, in Andrea Riseborough’s Jenny Packham, a dress that could rival anything that Hollywood has to offer. Also attending the ceremony was Helen McCrory, that wonderful actress so often in the shade of hubby Damian Lewis. I loved her maxi skirt and black silk blouse. This was just such a grown up look, a touch 1930s, and so striking, teamed with a very glam Kate Spade clutch bag. Hayley Atwell went for a brightly printed burnt…

This year one of the most magical and beautiful is the one advertising Debenhams. Add in a few of those designers as hard at work as Santa’s elves at this time of year and an exquisite ending featuring a cavalcade of lights, and you have a truly wonderful portrayal of Christmas. For those who haven’t viewed it, here…

Duchess of Cambridge arrives in Singapore
The Duchess of Cambridge has arrived in Singapore for the first leg of a Far Eastern tour, and has shown a little touch of Oriental style of her own. Wearing a pale pink, orchid print dress in soft silk from Jenny Packham, Kate paid tribute to her hosts in a beautiful gown that had a decidedly Far Eastern feel to it. This shows that not only is Kate once again paying tribute to her hosts, but that she firmly has her finger on the pulse of fashion, as Oriental style prints are a big news story for the new season. Swan by Clements Ribeiro for Evans featured stunning, oriental themed…
