February Outfit Post
Last Month was a pretty dreadful month for my family, if all truth be told. My little boy had an operation which went wrong and led to a stay in hospital. He was then taken seriously ill again after infection took a hold, and we were honestly in danger of losing him. I spent large portions of last month in hospital with Joe, or dressed in pjs as we caught up on sleep and had cosy days at home. So this post is based on the times I did get out and about, to do reviews and to see family. Once again, I have been picking up bits in the…

It’s March – let’s update that Spring Wardrobe
It’s the 1st of March, and for me at least, that officially means that Winter is almost over and we can start to think about Spring, and, more importantly Spring Fashion. In the past this used to mean a complete blow out shopping trip, giving the plastic a real bashing and coming home laden with more bags than I could ever hope to carry (taxi for Emma please.) ‘Parcel for Me’ changing online shopping
If you were asked what is the one thing that puts you off online shopping, what would you say? Unfortunately, despite the fact that I will be in for the majority of the day, they have turned up just before 9am – the one period of the day I’m not in due to the school run. The boots are now sitting in a neighbour’s house,…

London Fashion Week – The best of the Front Row
London Fashion Week is currently in full swing, and, once again, I’m a bit obsessed with what the ladies are wearing in the front row, as much as I love looking at the collections on the catwalk. All the usual suspects are there, from Olivia Palermo, Alexa Chung, Millie Mackintosh and Cheryl…not actually sure what she’s called at the moment…were all looking suitably glamorous and stylish on the front rows, in a wide range of looks. Fashion Week brings real diversity in the styles you see on the front row, ranging from looks that are almost red carpet ready – think Millie Mackintosh, to casual jeans like those sported by…

Drops of Youth 28 Day challenge with The Body Shop
“…Youth may be a mindset. but there comes a time…when unfortunately our skin doesn’t look as fresh and youthful as it used to, not quite reflecting how we feel inside…” No matter how good your skin is, there comes a time when it needs a little bit more help to retain its youthful appearance and elasticity. The Body Shop is well aware of this fact, and has been searching for the perfect products that would help to project and rejuvenate ageing skin, and have produced a superb new range of skincare products called ‘Drops of Youth‘ which promise to do just that. Launched in January, this is a range of…
