Roll-up, Roll-up for the Selfridges Shoe Carnival
What is your favourite carnival? Maybe you attend a local one each year, with floats full of children in fancy dress. Do you go to Notting Hill every August, seeing out the end of the holidays in festive style? Or maybe you’ve got further afield, to the beauty of the Venice carnival, with its masked figures and Rococo style elegance, or to sun dripped Brazil for the Mardi Gras? Fabulous carnivals one and all. But this year you don’t need to travel that far to experience all the fun of the carnival. Just pop along to Selfridges and experience the colour, vitality and sheer lustworthy beauty of the Shoe Carnival…

Reviewed – Clarks Ancient Myth in Mint Suede
As a huge fan of Clarks shoes for all the family I am always honoured when I am asked to review their shoes. It is one of the hardest choices to actually choose a pair when there are just so many stunning designs in the current collections, but as a lady who loves bright colour in my wardrobe at all times, on this occasion I found the choice just a little bit easier. Celebrity get the look featuring Anne Hathaway, Naomi Watts and Rita Ora
March has arrived, bringing to a close that most starstudded of months. Because whilst February is the shortest month of the year, it certainly isn’t short on glamour. With that in mind, I decided to feature some great lookalike gowns that could help you create that designer look, as well as featuring the real Alexander McQueen dress as worn by Naomi Watts, which is quite simply a work of fashion art. Along with…

Evans – My favourite pieces perfect for Spring
Spring is (hopefully) just around the corner, so I am going to start a virtual trip around some of my favourite stores, picking out my most lusted after pieces on the way. My first stop is Evans. The new Clements Ribeiro collection isn’t in store just yet, but Evans has launched two new collections recently, Scarlett and Jo (which I love and has already made appearances on this blog) and this week it launched Silk Shore, a collection of pretty casual pieces in denim blue and coral. In addition to this, the regular collection has some gorgeous pieces, one of my faves being the super cute floral denim pencil skirt.…

My LPSFW outfit + Win! with Clothing at Tesco.
Last week I was invited to attend London Plus size Fashion Weekend as a guest of Tesco. Of course I said ‘Yes!’ in my loudest voice, and then proceeded to squeal for a good many minutes when they said I would be able to choose an outfit from the Clothing at Tesco site to wear on the day. As a fan of F&F, this was a fantastic opportunity to test drive pieces from the range, although I knew just settling on one outfit wouldn’t be easy. I knew I wanted to choose a dress, and there were a few that caught the eye, including a fabulous silk feel shirt dress…
