I must admit I got a little bit excited when I first laid eyes on the new swimwear collection from Phase Eight. The brand is always a favourite of mine for the sheer glamour and elegance of the collections, there is something a little bit Hollywood about the full skirts and sequins, without even turning our head towards the spectacular ‘Collection 8’ range. And now we have a holiday range, complete with swimwear straight from the wardrobe of Liz Taylor and Marilyn Monroe, with a little 70s inspiration thrown in for good measure. Today there has been snow, and I have to say the appearance of the white stuff has got me thinking more and more about Spring. How I long for Spring – light nights, warm days, cut grass and daffodils, all things I love and dream about on these cold, frosty mornings. Rita Ora joins the judging panel of The Voice
If ever there was a lady who divides fashion, it is Rita Ora. Just this week the singer, who is joining the judging panel of BBC’s ‘The Voice’ tonight, was the reason for 100’s of complaints over the low cut outfit she wore on The One Show, a programme shown well before the watershed. Now the lady is going to become a staple part of Saturday night as she replaces Kylie Minogue as the female judge on ‘The Voice’. My first fashion wishlist for 2015
Before I start to talk about my first fashion wishlist for 2015 (I’m thinking of doing regular updates as the new season lines start to arrive in store) I think I need to explain that this is a wishlist – rather than a what I really need list.
